Shipping policy

Products purchased will be dispatched by courier service in South Africa only, within five working days. Where a third party is dispatching products, a period of 7 working days is required prior to courier, this will be indicated in the product description and state "made to order". 

Courier times will vary based on location in South Africa, typically 2 to 3 working days in main centers and around 5 to 7 working days for other locations and rural areas. An eMail will be sent once the courier is booked with the courier details and waybill number for tracking purposes. NOTE : physical products are only available for shipping in South Africa, these products will not be displayed for other countries, please select your country (desktop users will find the country on the top right of the home page, mobile users will find the country on the drop-down menu). 

Made to order products such as the LightWalker mugs, will be produced once the order is received. Stock is not housed at our fulfillment center and therefore longer delivery times apply of up to 7 working days. Made to order products will attract a separate courier fee, which will be shown at check-out.

Services purchased, such as courses and coaching sessions, will be fulfilled via eMail within a maximum of five working days, this is a separate eMail from your order confirmation. No shipping or fulfilment charges apply.
