The word that can create miracles....

So much conflict and judgement (internal and external) comes from the idea that one thing is right and the fear of being wrong. This is at the heart of so much sickness and bias. 

In workshops I often share the word that can create miracles. That word is AND instead of OR. 

What is next or what is best for this moment, are far more liberating questions than what is right.
