Judgement builds quiet walls

Judgement builds quiet walls

Judgement builds quiet walls between hearts, including your own. Compassion dissolves them. When we soften toward ourselves, we remember our shared humanity. When we soften toward others, we create connection instead of distance. Judgement is normal, compassion is a choice.

Here are some questions for reflection on this message.
1. Where am I judging myself and how can I show myself some compassion?
2. Who is needing my compassion ?
3. What shifts when I lead with compassion?
